About Us…

Diane M. Martin, EA

I have been preparing tax returns since 1984, earning my Enrolled Agent designation in 1990. I pride myself in keeping up to date by attending as many conferences and seminars as I can.  I connect with other Enrolled Agents through the local chapter of California Society of Enrolled Agents.  I am active in the chapter and currently the newsletter editor.  This year I completed additional course work in Audit Representation. I also have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting.

Bhaumik (Bo) Amin, EA

Bo is a very successful Enrolled Agent  who has agreed to merge his office, Tri-Check Tax & Accounting with Rancho Tax.  He is very experienced and has a BS in Accounting.

Priscilla Esparza

Priscilla joined Rancho Tax in September 2019.  She is our front desk person, but her duties go beyond answering the phones and greeting clients with her warm smile.  She is great at customer service and assisting clients with accessing the portal and getting them information as requested.

Enrolled agents (EAs) are America’s tax experts.
An Enrolled Agent is a person who has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service by passing a three-part comprehensive IRS test covering individual and business tax returns.

They are the only federally-licensed tax practitioners who specialize in taxation and also have unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS. Enrolled agents are required to complete many hours of continuing education each year to ensure they are up-to-date on the constantly changing tax code and must abide by a code of ethics. When you need a true tax professional, see an enrolled agent.
