I have been preparing tax returns since 1984, earning my Enrolled Agent designation in 1990. I pride myself in keeping up to date by attending as many conferences and seminars as I can. I connect with other Enrolled Agents through the local chapter of California Society of Enrolled Agents. I am active in the chapter and currently the newsletter editor. This year I completed additional course work in Audit Representation.I also have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting.
This is Christina’s second year working with RTS. She has been preparing tax returns since 1992. She received her Enrolled Agent designation in 2012. She has been helping several small business owners get up and running and is a pro-advisor with QuickBooks. She is also a member of several professional organizations including California Society of Enrolled Agents.
Jessica Rosser – Office Manager
She is the first person you will speak to when you call. She is responsible for scheduling appointments, and providing support for the tax preparers. She is our payroll specialist, and has assisted with bookkeeping. She provides excellent customer service and we are pleased to have her on her team. Jessica is studying to become a tax professional, so don’t be surprised when she can provide answers to your tax questions.
Enrolled agents (EAs) are America’s tax experts.
An Enrolled Agent is a person who has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service by passing a three-part comprehensive IRS test covering individual and business tax returns.
They are the only federally-licensed tax practitioners who specialize in taxation and also have unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS. Enrolled agents are required to complete many hours of continuing education each year to ensure they are up-to-date on the constantly changing tax code and must abide by a code of ethics. When you need a true tax professional, see an enrolled agent.
